Was once-upon-a-time a Video Giant and the new owner wanted to turn it into a fitness club with an office area up front and two new shower rooms in the back, one being an accessible (curb-less) shower. The owner also requested an extra bathroom and office in the back, with a closet, storage room, and utility room.
Bathroom and shower venting with an inline fan, new hot water tank, plumbing and drains, new flooring, new partition walls, electrical and data, and lots of tiling.
