The blower door test was completed recently and passed with flying colours. This magnificent home has achieved LEED Platinum status which is the highest possible ranking in the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program.

Fitness Club – Tenant Improvement

Was once-upon-a-time a Video Giant and the new owner wanted to turn it into a fitness club with an office area up front and two new shower rooms in the back, one being an accessible (curb-less) shower. The owner also requested an extra bathroom and office in the back, with a closet, storage room, and utility room.

Bathroom and shower venting with an inline fan, new hot water tank, plumbing and drains, new flooring, new partition walls, electrical and data, and lots of tiling.
