Was once-upon-a-time a Video Giant and the new owner wanted to turn it into a fitness club with an office area up front and two new shower rooms in the back, one being an accessible (curb-less) shower. The owner also requested an extra bathroom and office in the back, with a closet, storage room, and utility room.
